B2B sales v1.6.42

B2B Quick Order Pro – wholesale ordering from SKU lists, CSV/XLSX files and a B2B catalog

Three ways to place a wholesale order fast: paste a list of references or EAN codes, import a CSV/XLSX file, or use a B2B catalog where every combination has its own row and the whole range exports to CSV as a ready order form. Everything works on the storefront for customers and in the back office for sales staff, who turn the cart into an order in one click.

About the module

A wholesale customer knows what they want to order: a list of part numbers in Excel, in an email or in their own system. Standard PrestaShop still makes them search for every product and add it to the cart separately, and with dozens of lines that is a quarter of an hour of clicking and an easy place to make mistakes.

B2B Quick Order Pro turns that list into a cart in moments. It matches each line by the reference or EAN code of the combination and of the product, shows the image, price and stock, and highlights unmatched lines in red before anything is added.

Customers without a ready list get a B2B catalog: the whole range in one table, with every combination on its own row showing reference, EAN code, price and stock. They can search it, filter by category and availability, tick products with quantities, or download the catalog as a CSV file, type quantities in a spreadsheet and import it back. Sales staff get the same tools in the back office: they build a cart for a customer, prepare a quote as a CSV file, adjust the cart and create the order straight away.

B2B catalog and export

  • Every combination (size, colour, dimensions) as its own row with image, reference, EAN, gross price and stock.
  • Search by name, reference or EAN, category tree filter, "available only" filter, sorting by name, reference, price and stock.
  • 50, 100, 200, 500 or all rows per page, and select a whole page in one click.
  • Ticked products and quantities are remembered across pages, searches and sorting.
  • Export the whole catalog or search results to CSV (reference, quantity, name, combination, EAN, price, stock) as an order form to import back.
  • Export the selected lines to CSV (reference and quantity), e.g. as a standing list for repeat orders or a quote for a customer.

How it works

  • The customer opens "Quick order" from "My account".
  • They paste a list (reference or EAN and quantity, separated by semicolon, tab or comma), upload a CSV/XLSX file, or browse the B2B catalog and tick products with quantities.
  • They can also download the catalog as CSV, fill in quantities in Excel and import the file back.
  • They check the matching result, adjust quantities and add everything to the cart with one button.
  • In the back office, a sales rep picks the customer, builds the cart the same way and creates the order with the chosen payment method and status, or sends the customer a link to the cart.
  • All carts created by the module are listed in one place and can be edited.

Who it's for

  • Wholesalers and B2B shops where customers order many lines at once, often the same ones every month.
  • Companies with a sales team that takes orders by email or phone and re-types them into the shop.
  • Shops with many combinations (sizes, colours, dimensions) ordered by part number.
  • Shops that want to give wholesale customers a downloadable catalog with prices and stock.
  • Shops that want to offer quick ordering only to selected customer groups.

What this module is not

It does not change prices or create B2B price lists; it uses the prices and cart rules you already have in PrestaShop. It does not replace checkout: the customer finishes in the regular cart, and sales staff create orders through PrestaShop's standard mechanism. It does not match products by name, only by reference and EAN code.

What it solves

  • Long lists added by hand

With dozens of lines, the customer has to search for and add every product to the cart separately. It wastes time and invites mistakes.

  • Orders arrive by email and in Excel

Customers send lists of part numbers, and sales staff re-type them into the shop line by line.

  • Combinations slow ordering down

Size, colour or dimensions have to be picked on the product page, even though the customer knows the exact reference or EAN of the combination.

  • Sales staff lack a convenient tool

Building a cart for a customer in the standard back office is tedious, and making changes before ordering even more so.

  • Mistakes show up after the order

A typo in a part number or an out-of-stock item only comes to light once the order has been placed.

Key features

  • Paste a list of SKUs or EANs

Reference or EAN code and quantity on each line, separated by semicolon, tab or comma. Pasting straight from Excel works, and repeated lines are added up.

  • CSV and XLSX import

CSV with automatic delimiter detection or XLSX from Excel, with no extra libraries on the server. The line limit per import is set in the configuration.

  • Combination matching

By combination reference and EAN first, then by product. When a product with combinations matches, its default combination is used. Each line shows the image, price, stock and combination name.

  • Preview before adding to cart

The matching result with counts of found and unmatched lines. Unmatched lines are highlighted, and quantities can be adjusted before adding.

  • B2B catalog with combinations

Your whole range in one table, every combination on its own row with image, reference, EAN, price and stock. Search by name, reference or EAN, category tree, availability filter, sorting and up to “all” rows per page.

  • Tick products with quantities

Tick a product or click its row and type the quantity right away. Selections are remembered across pages, searches and sorting, and everything goes into the cart with one button.

  • Catalog export to CSV

The whole catalog or search results (up to 20,000 lines) as CSV with reference, name, combination, EAN, price and stock plus an empty quantity column. Customers fill it in a spreadsheet and import the same file back. Selected lines export separately as a reference–quantity list.

  • Sales rep panel

Find a customer by first name, last name, email or company and build their cart with the same tools as on the storefront: list, file and the full catalog with CSV export. Catalog selections are remembered separately for each customer.

  • From cart to order

Create the order in one click with the chosen payment method and status, check out as the customer, or send a link that opens this cart for the customer on the storefront.

  • Cart list and editing

All carts created by the module from the storefront and the back office: customer, company, staff member and current contents. Change quantities, remove lines and add products to an existing cart.

  • Access control and languages

The storefront feature for selected customer groups only or for every logged-in customer, with the storefront catalog switchable off. Interface in English, Polish, French and Spanish.

Frequently asked questions

Which PrestaShop versions are supported?

PrestaShop 1.7 to 9.x, on PHP 7.1 or later. One-click order creation in the back office requires PrestaShop 1.7.6 or later.

How does the module recognise products?

By reference and EAN13 code, combination first, then product. It does not match by name, to avoid mistakes.

Which files can be imported?

CSV (semicolon, comma or tab delimiter detected automatically) and XLSX. Reference or EAN in the first column, quantity in the second.

Do customers see their B2B prices?

Yes. The module uses the prices, group discounts and cart rules configured in PrestaShop, so customers see the same prices as in the regular shop.

Can I offer it to wholesale customers only?

Yes. In the configuration you choose the customer groups that see quick ordering on the storefront. With no selection, it is available to every logged-in customer.

Can sales staff place an order for a customer?

Yes. In the back office they pick the customer, build the cart, then create the order with the chosen payment method and status, or send the customer a link to complete the purchase.

Can customers download the catalog with prices?

Yes. In the catalog tab, customers export the whole range or search results to CSV with gross price and stock, fill in quantities in a spreadsheet and import the file back. The storefront catalog export can be switched off together with the catalog tab.

Does it work with any theme?

Yes. The quick order page's styles and scripts are built into its template, so it also works with themes that do not load module assets.

What does the license include?

A one-time purchase for one production domain, unlimited test domains, and 12 months of updates and support. After that the module keeps working, just without new versions.
